If you're interested in a specific program, the first step is to book a free discovery call. During this meeting, we’ll get to know each other better, and I’ll explain the program in more detail. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Together, we’ll agree on a date for our first official coaching session. If you're unsure about which program is right for you, or if you have more general questions, feel free to also book a free discovery call, and I’ll help guide you through your options.

I primarily offer online sessions, which provide flexibility and convenience. However, if we're based in the same location (or if we can arrange one), I’d be more than happy to schedule in-person meetings!

I provide my online coaching programmes in three languages: Italian, English, and Spanish.

After our free discovery call and before our first official coaching session, I will send an invoice to the email address you provide. You’ll have 15 days to complete the payment to the specified bank account. If you have any questions about the payment process or need assistance, feel free to reach out!

Yes, flexibility is key, and I strive to make it as easy as possible for everyone. I do offer payment plans for the Holistic Transformation Program and the Career Mastery Program, but not for the one-time sessions. You can find more information on my programmes page

I encourage my clients to commit to their scheduled sessions, but I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so up to 3 hours before the session without any charge.

In general, once a program has started, I don’t offer refunds. However, I understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you feel that the coaching is not the right fit for you, please reach out, and we can discuss options for adjusting the program or transferring to another service. My goal is to ensure that you feel supported throughout your coaching journey.
